The Baby Sleep GP Doctor Francesca Brewer

Hi, I’m Dr Francesca. I’m a GP (Family Medicine Doctor) and Paediatric Sleep Consultant with a passion for helping babies and children age 0 - 5 years achieve better sleep. With 15 years of medical experience and a deep understanding of infant and child sleep health, I provide trusted, reliable and evidence-based advice and support to families like yours.

As both a doctor and a parent, I know how exhausting and overwhelming sleep struggles can be. My approach is individualised, responsive and always respectful of your parenting style. My aim is to empower you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to help your child develop healthy sleep habits which will last them a lifetime.

In this session I will help you to understand the fundamentals of newborn sleep and steps that you can take to help both you and your baby thrive during the newborn stage. The knowledge gained in this session will remove the overwhelm and allow you to embrace the newborn period with confidence.
