Hi, I’m Dr Francesca. I’m a GP (Family Medicine Doctor) and Paediatric Sleep Consultant with a passion for helping babies and children age 0 - 5 years achieve better sleep. With 15 years of medical experience and a deep understanding of infant and child sleep health, I provide trusted, reliable and evidence-based advice and support to families like yours.
As both a doctor and a parent, I know how exhausting and overwhelming sleep struggles can be. My approach is individualised, responsive and always respectful of your parenting style. My aim is to empower you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to help your child develop healthy sleep habits which will last them a lifetime.

Preparing in Pregnancy
Let’s get prepared for your baby’s arrival! In this session I will help you to understand the fundamentals of newborn sleep and steps that you can take to help both you and your baby thrive during the newborn stage. The knowledge gained in this session will remove the overwhelm and allow you to embrace the newborn period with confidence.
Newborn Sleep (0 - 4 months)
Give your baby (and yourself!) the gift of sleep from an early age by following my gentle sleep shaping advice tailored specifically to your baby. If you’d like to feel reassured and personally supported during the newborn period you can choose the addition of my 3 week dedicated support package.
Baby Sleep (5 months - 2 years)
Struggling with naps, night wakings, or night feeds? Let me support you in understanding your baby's individual sleep struggles and together we will generate a bespoke action plan to help them feel comfortable and confident sleeping more independently.
Toddler Sleep Age 2- 3 Years
Struggling with bedtime battles, moving to a toddler bed, or has potty training wreaked havoc with your toddler’s sleep? Let me support you in understanding your toddler's individual sleep struggles and together we will generate a bespoke action plan to help them feel comfortable and confident sleeping more independently.
Child Sleep Age 3 - 5 years

Extra Sleep
Exclusively available to returning clients. An opportunity to discuss and resolve any sleep issues which have arisen after our support period has ended.
